Exporting Coaches Form
(From APCFB Manual): The Export Coaches Form is used to export coaching profiles.  These profiles can then be imported to other computers.  This function is useful for leagues playing games on more than one computer.  The Export Coaches Form may be accessed by selecting Utilities/Export Coaches form from the main menu.

To export your coaches form, do the following:
1)From the main menu use the following keystroke: Utilities/Export Coaches

2) Choose YOUR team to export in left column (you must double click on your team and you will see a "*" next to your team...this shows you have selected a team properly.

3) Select the drive location you would like to export the selected team to. You might want to do this: set up a File Folder called "CoachesForm" in your current league directory.  Then save the coaches form here all the time.  EX:  here is what I set up...C:ActionPC/FTFL/CoachesForm is the path I created to save my coaches form to.

4) Click on Export Coaches button

5) Two files will appear in your folder that you created above (C:ActionPC/FTFL/CoachesForm) called: "Excoach" and "Usage.##"...............these are the file you need to ZIP up and send to me.  Call your zipped file, YOUR TEAMNAME (EX: Kaukauna).

6) when sending me the file, since I am running 5 different leagues and will be getting this file often, you will need to state in your e-mail the following (League/Owner/Team):
EX: Coaching Form: League FTFL, Owner Chad Weyenberg, Kaukauna Packers
....please put this as your e-mail description.
